JHU vs. MICA who?

I go to a distinguished art school. (If you didn't know) Located in the heart of baltimore's greatest ghetto. (jk sorta) Some blocks away from the prestigious Johns Hopkins University. I also came across this news letter from JHU and thought I'd share it with you. read it here I love being at an art school and hate being stereo typed for it. All too often I have to bridge the gap so that others can understand that I do more than just draw pictures and get grades for it. Oh the life! The life of the talented.

I'm being cocky I think. hahaha. But sometimes I realize how narrow my life is. There's my art, the art world and other artists and then the non-art world. Sometimes we sit on the poorch and wonder what other people do with their spare time. Make boats? Collect baseball cards? Watch hours of TV? (I watch hours of tv and theres still extra time)But it's just funny to think that way. What do you do in your spare time? I hope you don't waste it. I get online all the freaken time! What the hell am I doing online? Writing in the journal. Reading random things. Who knows geez.

So anyways.
